Management System (ISO 1900)


Oil Sector Services Company extends the utmost care to quality planning, assurance and control, continual development of the effectiveness of its operations and improving the efficiency of its services in order to achieve its objectives in an optimum manner. The following are the key achievements  made in this regard during 2011/2012: 


1-         OSSC was audited by external auditors to ensure compliance of Oil Sector Services Company's processes and procedures with the ISO 9001:2008 certification standards and the company’s quality management system (QMS). The auditing process was successful and the auditors expressed their satisfaction  with the company's improved performance.  

2-         The QMS committee held regular meetings and played a key role in finalizing the decisions and issues related to the quality management system.  

3-         The internal auditing processes were coordinated and carried out effectively by our  internal auditors. This included all OSSC departments as well as top management, in order to ensure overall compliance with the ISO 9001: 2008 certification standards and the company QMS procedures.

4-         The required procedures were initiated for the new processes and the necessary revisions carried out on the existing processes in the QMS procedure
